We offer instant contact via WhatsApp Business provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited.

7. Customs & Export Processing (ATLAS)

In the course of commercial vehicle export, we are legally required to submit buyer and vehicle data to public authorities:

Zollbehörden / ATLAS-System: Generation of the electronic export accompanying document (EAD/MRN) via the German customs ATLAS system.
Finanzamt & Umsatzsteuerprüfung: Proof of tax-free export delivery pursuant to § 6 German VAT Act (UStG).
Zolldienstleister (bei Netto-Export): For commercial net export sales, forwarding buyer details to authorized customs agents for generation of export accompanying documents (MRN).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with statutory customs & tax obligations) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

8. Retention Periods

We retain your personal data strictly for as long as necessary to achieve the intended purpose or comply with statutory retention obligations:

6 Jahre: For commercial correspondence and inquiries pursuant to § 257(1) No. 4 German Commercial Code.

10 Jahre: For accounting vouchers, commercial invoices, sales contracts, and customs export confirmations (§ 147 German Fiscal Code).
